My family and I have been going to Surevision for at least 12 years. The Surevision team are always friendly, courteous, professional and conscious of my time. Specifically, Dr. Reece is extremely thorough and always takes the time to answer the questions that I have or discuss any issues. I highly recommend her and the Surevision team.

Because of an eye injury I was told laser eye surgery wouldn’t help. In steps Dr. Wong! For the first time since second grade I can see wonderfully with out glasses. Thanks to Dr. Wong. He was incredible and told me exactly what to expect, his staff was so personable and kind and REALLY cared about how you were feeling about the surgery. I can’t began to tell you how surprised I was at the results. Being able to see….well, it just makes you happy.

Thank you Dr. Shannon for taking care of removing my cataracts. I was very nervous & afraid to have surgery on my eyes. But your wonderful and dedicated staff & your expertise calmed my nerves. The whole procedure went very smoothly. The outcome of my vision was like a miracle. I highly recommend Dr. Shannon to all my baby boomer friends. Dr. Shannon was awesome! His dedicated staff made me feel as if I was the only patient being treated. Again, thank you for restoring my eyesight like I had years ago. Wow! For the first time ever, I have 20/20 vision! For a decade, I debated having LASIK but with a hefty prescription and dry eyes, I was always too scared and instead just “lived in my contacts.” With three kids and an active lifestyle, this was becoming harder and harder to maintain. And I calculated that with the dailies I was purchasing, the cost of surgery actually became cost-effective in the not so long-term. So, I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Shannon Wong. As the wife of a physician, I really appreciated his detailed approach. Although I came in asking for LASIK, he looked out for my long-term eye health and suggested LASIK for my right eye, but noted that the heftier prescritpion on my left eye, made it a borderline, less great cadidate for LASIK and more suited for PRK. In the world of healthcare where things are not black and white, I really appreciated this conservative approach. *Please note that most people are ideal LASIK candidates, but in the case that you are not, you want a customized treatment, and not someone who does the same procedure on everyone everytime. I also appreciated the time that he took to explain both procedures and to explain the various calculations and images of my eye. It is obvious to a layman like me that this office uses only the most cutting edge equipment, tools, and screenings; I would also expect that in a borderline case like mine and maybe yours, this was helpful to identify the best treatment. At all times, from my initial phone call to my exams, the office staff was professional and curteous. The schedulers were helpful in helping me find a time that I had childcare and with a few doctors (btw, I once saw Dr. John Odette, and he was equally wonderful!) and two locations make it all very convenient. And although I have a tendency to be anxious, the procedure was painless and a breeze. My LASIK eye was immediately 20/20 and as expected the PRK reached 20/20. My family does our due diligence and is very selective about our doctors. I would rate Dr. Shannon Wong’s abilities as an eye surgeon and beside manner as 5 Stars!!! Thank you, Dr. Wong!!!
