Dr Shannon Wong gave me the world without glasses. I am so impressed with his work. I am 56 and have worn glasses since 5th grade. I am so happy to be able to go through the rest of my life NOT having to wear glasses!!! And the staff at both of his offices are amazing. Very VERY impressed!! My friend sent me here, and she was right! Dr Wong and his exceptional staff spent nearly 2 hours with me today, and that was just for the complimentary consultation! No pressure, didn’t feel rushed, everyone took their time, answered ALL of my questions with respectful and thorough explanations. Facility was very nice and appears to be state of the art. I haven’t decided to move forward just yet, probably not the cheapest in town, but discount eye surgery is not something I’m looking for. When/If I move forward, this will be the place for sure.
Our insurance covers LASIK, so I wanted to find the best possible place to get this procedure. I am very lucky to have selected Austin Eye, as my entire experience was fantastic, from the pre-procedure check, to the operation, to post-procedure follow-up and care. Can not say enough about the excellent care and the people who work there. Eye sight is one of the most important things in living a life worth having. My daughter was a guide dog trainer and she knows what a limited road you lead if your eyes are not working good. It is so great to be able to turn your eye health over to the care of someone who really cares.
