Family tradition of Visiting Dr. Mitchell Wong. Wish him the very best in retirement and truly expect to see him around. Today’s visit was made even better by my awesome tech Miss Grace A. Great folks, great eye care and truly a full service stop.

Very professional and super efficient staff and practice.

Dr S. Wong did the my second cataract surgery; (my first was done elsewhere) the difference was like night and day. From the getting the appointment which was set up without a long wait. The initial exam and measurements were done in one visit; compared with three separate visits elsewhere. Everyone from the first phone call through the surgery center staff was great! The office staff, the eye technicians, and nurses were all extremely nice and well informed. They were able to answer my questions without being transferred around to multiple people. Dr. Wong explained things; I never felt that he was rushing me out. The Surgical experience was explained thoroughly and all of the RN’s in the surgical area were great. They were very informative and explained what was going to happen step by step. The results were great. The whole experience was great!

Very friendly and efficient place

My wife and I had a fabulous procedure on our cataract removal. Dr. Bui and her team gave us not only excellent care but we also got our normal vision restored. Both of us are in our 80’s and very glad to have our vision back to normal. Thanks to all in the Austin Eye team
