Dr. Shannon Wong was very professional and VERY SKILLED at his job!! Dont think about it, just do it!!! It was the best decision of my life!! Thank you to all of the amazing staff!!

I have been going to Dr. Bui for over two years and have been pleased from day one. First, Dr. Bui is a caring individual who explains and educated me on the different procedures. Second, the group has the latest equipment where you don't need to have your eyes dilated. Third, she is a great surgeon, with my eyesight again at 20/20. Last, the staff is very organized and conveys a professionalism with care being the main objective.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I have been with Austin Eye. Dr. Wong's staff from the first call I made to inquire, to the surgical nurses and all office staff in between have just been fantastic. So much transparency, I knew exactly how much my cataract surgery and lens replacement was going to cost, allowing me to budget for the procedure. Pleasant but not surprised that is exactly what I paid. The surgical staff was very professional, kind, and thorough. Because Dr. Wong has his own on site surgery center he does not have to outsource this expense which lowered my cost and provided me with a seamless experience. I met with Dr. Wong to discuss my condition and felt immediately at ease. His confidence in his skill is immediately noticeable and although he has patients lining up to see him he makes you feel like you're the most important when he is in the room with you. He took all the time needed to answer all my questions without making me feel like I was holding him up from seeing others. Dr. Wong doesn't hide in his office, I saw him with office staff, surgical staff, and other patients. He is a high energy guy with a love for helping people. The surgery went great and I haven't worn my glasses since. I can't remember the last time I gave a 5 star rating probably because I don't hand them out often, but trust me this is the group you want to use for eye care. Thank you Dr. Wong!! I couldn’t be happier with my cataract surgery. I even had fun! The staff and Dr. Bui are incredible. I love seeing colors again and having 20/20 vision without glasses. The only downside was finding out we don’t need that new TV after all. It is working just fine now I can see.
