Symfony – Not just a lens. If music is an art form whose medium is sound, Austin Eye is an orchestra, creating beautiful outcomes in vision for its patients day after day. The orchestra members arrive, each section contributing its unique role with unison and precision. Woodwinds, brass, percussion and strings – doctors, nurses, technicians, staff, all integral, complementary instruments in creating a well-conducted symphony of stellar patient care. Although I reside in the Pacific Northwest, I knew I wanted Dr. Wong as my eye surgeon for custom laser cataract surgery the moment I viewed his Youtube videos reflecting his exceptional skill and compassionate character. I can say it was well worth the 2000 mile trip. Thank you Dr. Wong, my dear Stradivarius, for my wonderful new lenses, restored vision, and matchless experience in with Austin Eye. I waited over twenty years to have this procedure done, mainly because of the horror stories I read and had personally heard. However, when I saw the Austin Eye ad with Dr. Wong going through the procedure himself and explaining what it was like, I knew then that if he was willing to personally do it then it must be safe enough for me as well. From my initial discussions with him, to the actual procedures, Dr. Wong and his staff were consummate professionals. All were very knowledgeable about the process and experience, they were informative and not condescending, they were good listeners, reassuring, caring and calming. Although his office continued to be very busy during each eye procedure and post-op examinations, I never felt like I was being rushed or hurried during any part of the process. I have worn glasses for forty plus years and had never had true 20-20 vision like I do now, and sans spectacles! My biggest surprise was being able to see clearly immediately after surgery, pain free, and only needing very easy, very simple eyecare actions. Austin Eye has truly earned the five stars!

My wife and I were out of town this past weekend and she ran into a tree branch and damaged her cornea. After her situation had not improved the following morning we drove to the nearest town to get it checked out. After driving to another town and still not getting any results we decided to call Dr. Odette at Austin Eye. He listened to our situation over the phone and immediately set our mind at ease informing us based on the information we'd given a couple of different things could be happening but neither was serious. We were able to book an appointment the following morning to have Dr. Odette examine her. He did a procedure in the clinic and had my wife's eye repaired inside of an hour! The entire experience was first class from booking our appointment, to the medical counsel we received to the treatment. We couldn't have asked for anything more!
