First class, professional visit today from start to finish. The Reception staff were very nice, helpful, and clearly explained what I could expect during my (initial) visit. Medical Assistant Julia was very friendly but at same time efficient, precise, and very knowledgable. Dr Odette was reassuring and took time to explain in much wanted detail a complicated situation I am in – and answered all my questions without seeming rushed. Could not be more pleased with my first visit to Austin Eye.
