Where do I start? Funny that you should ask. To me there are NO words to describe either my first experience in ‘2015 on my left eye nor the experience that I just received this last month!!! This will give you and idea of what I felt was more than a AWEsome experience. I took the time to hand write a letter to doctor Wong and the ladies who assisted me. There was a gentleman that assisted in the O.R. but not me directly. Both offices to me are very inviting. The staff is professional, from the moment that you walk through the door. The staff recognizes you and addresses you by name. Everyone takes the time to go over evrything and ensure that you have clear understanding before and after the surgery is done. Dr. Wong is the surgeon. But being in management myself. The FRONTline is the Make or Break of any office. I am a firm believer of that The Frontline at times knows more than most!!! Last but not least these are mere WORDS that I am sharing! Please know that they are True words and I could go on and on about my experience with Austin Eye Dr. Shannon Wong + (I will say publicly) I forgot one of the ladies names and I am not happy about the fact that I forgot her name – Dr. Wong please share the letter with all!!!! Having eye surgery was a little scary when I first thought of having it done. Everyone at Austin Eye made the two surgeries a very pleasant experience. Dr. Bui was great at letting me know exactly what to expect even during the surgeries and the front office staff and the nurses were also exceptional. The facility was top notch. I would recommend Austin Eye and Dr. Marie Bui to anyone needing laser cataract surgery.

This was my first time going to this optometrist because my regular one didn’t accept my medical coverage! Welp. After a while of searching, a friend recommended Austin Eye! I had a delightful experience! The staff was real nice and informative. I didn’t wait long to be seen. The interaction with Dr. Bui was great! She answered all my questions and concerns. I def recommend them!

After being diagnosed by my optometrist as having cataracts in both eyes I called several eye clinics and non could give me a firm price for the surgery. The I called Austin eye and they did. I made an appointment and Dr. Bui confirmed my optometrist finding. I scheduled my first surgery on November 8th and the second on December 20th, 2017. The actual procedure is relatively fast, but the surgical staff are heaven sent. The nurses are very caring and if I may say, they are sweet. My life has been restored and I now may continue my daily routines like my hobby as a photographer and continue to be fully employed. From the Desk of Frank L.
