Let me say, I have never had any procedures before so I didn’t know what to expect. I have worn glasses for over 5 decades. The entire staff, Nichol (Receptionist), Anthony ( the Amazing young man who measured my eyes), Amy (Nurse) who walked me through the process for my left eye. By the way, she was training a new staff member and she was Fabulous at letting me know what to expect. Dr John Odette is superior as a Physician. He got one of my eye👀 to 20/20 My other eye is 20/60. The whole staff at Austin Eye are incredible!! Outstanding customer service. I am not sure who hires your staff, but whoever you are Thank you kindly.

I visited the central Austin office location, and I had a fantastic experience. I accidentally scratch my eye pretty bad one morning and was in a lot of pain. They were able to fit me in for an appointment later that morning! Super nice staff and Dr. Marie Bui was so sweet. Helped me feel better as quickly as possible, which was so appreciated. You guys are the best!! 🙂

Starting with the friendly receptionists, technicians and nurses all the way to Dr. Odette, the entire staff is so caring and compassionate. I had cataract surgery in both eyes. I am very pleased with the results and the excellent service I have received. I definitely recommend them for your eye needs. Dr Odette is the best! Thank you, I send my heart felt gratitude.

I went to see Dr Odette for cataracts. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I wore contacts for years and lately my cataracts were causing difficulties driving at night. He was able to remove my cataracts and replace the lenses and restore my vision to 20 20. No more contacts or glasses and night vision is great again. The surgery was completely painless and took less than 10 minutes. Unbelievable. The staff was professional, courteous, very thorough and very helpful. They made me feel completely at ease and answered all my questions. I could go on for with more but let’s just say…. get here as soon as you can. Don’t wait any longer.

Dr. Shannon Wong and his staff are wonderful! My wife and I have been watching their TV commercials since we moved from Oregon four years ago. We both were so tired of wearing glasses and contacts for the past 35 years! We saved up and both made appointments to have laser multifocal surgery on our eyes. We were surprised that at only 65 and 67 years old we also both had cataracts already. We had the surgeries and are so happy with the results! Every penny of our hard earned money was well spent.
