I recently had surgeries for cataracts in both eyes by Dr Bui. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for something nobody wants to go through. Each person I encountered was kind, professional and efficient. I felt safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend Austin Eye in general and more specifically Dr Bui from personal experience.
Dr. Shannon Wong is amazing! I opted to have premium laser lens replacement at a younger age (and pay out of pocket) so that I could have improved vision for life. That's exactly what I got. My eyesight now in both eyes measures 20/15. The procedure is painless and the staff is very caring and knowledgeable. As for people that say they felt rushed in their consultation, they didn't watch the video on his website before coming to the appointment. That video answered all of the questions I had. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Wong and Austin Eye.
Incredible place. I recently had bilateral cataract surgery. I was greeted as I walked in the door and felt that they cared. Everything was explained and they made sure I understood every step of the process. Dr. Bui was extraordinary. She called me before the surgery to make sure I was comfortable and had made the right choice in lenses. I felt they saw me as a person and not just another cataract surgery. The surgery was very smooth. I see without glasses now.

Wonderful experience all around. Lord knows how anxious I was about receiving Lasik. But Dr. Wong and his amazing staff calmed my nerves and made the procedure relatively comfortable. Highly recommend Austin Eye.
