Great atmosphere with knowledgeable technicians and helpful explanations of different scans. It was a pleasant and great experience. Our first visit and we felt so good with the doctor. We rate her 10 out of 10. See you in a year.

Friendly and efficient service.

2nd time I’ve been to this business and first time to their new location. LOVE IT! so inviting and what a beautiful space. From the reception to the goodbye every staff member was so professional, courteous and FUN to engage with. Dr appointments can always be a bore but they made my experience great! HIGHLY recommend.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Dr. Shannon Wong is. I received lasik from him and it changed my life. Years later, I needed my cataracs removed and could not afford the multi focus lenses. He suggested an affordable procedure and the result is 20/20 vision in that eye. What I am grateful of, is that I lost sight in the other eye and have far less anxiety as I can see extremely well with my remaining eye.Dr. Wong is knowledgeable and also caring. I highly recommend Dr. Wong.

Went to 4 different eye Doctors because I wanted to make sure it was cataracts. Regular eye doctor, lasik, and 2 cataract doctors. I wanted to make sure this was the problem, all 4 said cataracts. The LASIK Doctor at LASIKPLUS said she could do lasik but it would only last 5 years and I would have to have cataract surgery. She said just go get the cataract surgery. HONEST!!!Why did I choose Austin Eye? Dr Wong. He is the kind of Doctor that is very intelligent and nerdy. He knows his stuff and took the time to explain the procedure. Ok, I decided to go with the newest technology, the light enhanced lens. Also the most expensive, but these were MY eyes! The best and no glasses. Surgery Day was like a Spa treatment. Abby was excellent in explaining everything for post surgery. The ladies in the operating room put a warm blanket on me and snuggled it around me. Comfortable and relaxed because I get stressed when I have any kind of surgery.Before I knew it everything was done.Excellent service, outstanding Doctor, and great care. This is your eyes .. go to the best… highly recommend Dr Wong.
