Super friendly and professional!
I had my initial appointment with Dr. Medert last week, and he formulated a treatment plan for an issue I’ve grappled with for the past 10 years. Having consulted with three other Ophthalmologists previously, he uniquely devised a solution to effectively manage my symptoms. I’m pleased to say it’s the best my eyes have felt in a decade. Additionally, from my first call to Austin Eye, every employee that I interacted with was extremely friendly and patient and provided excellent patient care.
