The two team members at the reception desk were friendly, gracious, and quickly accessed my personal data in their system. I waited only a moment or two before being called and escorted to an examination room by a wonderful young assistant to Dr. Katherine Elkins. It was my first time to meet Dr. Elkins. She is friendly, caring, and clearly knows what she is doing. She conducted a thorough and careful examination of my eyes and refilled the prescription for my eyedrops. Austin Eye is an example of how a medical practice should be experienced. I no longer live in Austin but it is well worth the drive to Austin Eye. I highly recommend Austin Eye and Dr. Katherine Elkins for anyone needing their skilled help.
