The services rendered were adequate

After being in glasses for 60 years, I had premium lens replacement in both eyes by Dr. Wong. As I had a bad astigmatism, I was in hopes that I would be able to drive and see the TV. I assumed I’d still need reading glasses. The results exceeded my expectations. I see 20-15 and read the smallest line o the ‘reader chart’. I was able to get an appointment and have the surgery scheduled within a week. His office runs an efficient ship. Dr. Wong and his staff were personable, courteous and professional throughout the process. I would recommend Dr. Wong for this ‘life changing’ procedure without reservation.

The staff at Austin Eye is very friendly and helpful. The patient waiting area is very comfortable and relaxing. In fact, it’s gorgeous! (I wonder who their decorator is.) Although I’m sure they have many, many patients, it felt as though I had 100% of their care and attention at all times during my appointment. My appointment did not feel rushed.

I have been quite satisfied with my experience at Austin Eye. The results of the lens replacement surgery two years ago have been outstanding. Yesterday’s visit with Dr. Deese for an annual exam was no exception. Dr. Deese fully explained the components of the exam and her findings, all of which confirmed the quality of the original procedure performed by Dr. Wong.
