The caring nursing staff was awesome throughout the whole procedure
The staff at Austin Eye Clinic have always made me feel welcomed. The techs overall have been quite good. Megan, my tech for this visit, was pleasant, patient, and professional. She allowed me to feel relaxed and comfortable. Megan and Dr. Elkins confirmed that I understood the process, explaining the tests. As has been my experience in the past with Austin Eye, my questions were answered, my issues were addressed, and I was provided with information that will allow me to make informed decisions about my care. I have been getting my eye care with Austin Eye Clinic for most of the 28 yearsI have lived in Austin. I initially saw and was cared for by Dr. Shannon Wong, who is amazing!! I did switch from Austin Eye for few visits after I retired because I was trying to stay south of the river for all my medical care. However, I returned to Austin Eye Care after the other practice made me feel like I was on an assembly line or just a number. After that I experience I was determined to travel wherever I needed to get my eye care with Austin Eye. You can imagine my delight when they added an office south of the river — on Bee Cave Road! Now I can’t imagine getting my eye care anywhere else!
