Dr. Odette took his time explaining the procedure to me, allowing me to ask questions. I didnt feel rushed or made to feel he was in a hurry to get to the next patient. I have been with Austin Eye for years and continue to be greeted with great customer service.
Ashley Deese is an excellent Doctor at Austin Eye, Professional and friendly. Answers all questions and is excellent at her job.

I came to Austin Eye simply for an ophthalmologist to fill out a report saying that I am, in fact, still totally blind. I also needed to check in on a diagnosis I had received over a decade prior. Dr. Deese was so incredibly kind, not only as a professional but simply, and perhaps most importantly, as a human. She treated me with the dignity I deserve as a fellow human, and we ended up talking so much that I accidentally made myself late for my ride. She is such a wonderful doctor, and I’ll definitely be coming back for anything else I need! There need to be more doctors like her in the field!
I was worried and Dr Elkins was reassuring. Her aide, Ellie (?) was great in answering all my questions.
