It was an excellent visit. Dr. Odette is always very personable. He does a great job of explaining what he is doing, what he is looking for, and what he is seeing. I always feel like I have gotten a thorough exam and know exactly what shape my eyes are in.
Dr. Ficke was friendly, listened, and responded to my questions well.
I’ve been going to Austin Eye for almost 16 years. I have had several different doctors, including Dr. Wong (who now mostly does surgeries and who did my cataract surgery), Dr. Bui (who left to start her own practice), and Dr. Deese. All of them are great and know what they are doing. I recently needed to see someone about my eye and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Ficke, who did an excellent job of diagnosing my issue. All of the doctors at Austin Eye provide superlative medical care.
