Dr Wong and his staff are amazing! They are very professional and explain everything. They have state of the art equipment to determine the health of your eyes and offer solutions to better vision. And their offices are gorgeous. Highly recommend Dr Shannon Wong and his staff!
Dr. Elkins listen to my concerns. She went over my eye reports in detail. The whole Staff, from check in, to initial exam with Kelley to Dr. Elkins. All were very professional, courteous and listen to the questions and concerns i had. The staff put me at ease. Dr. Wong should be very proud of his staff.
I had an excellent experience with the entire staff beginning with the receptionist staff to the technicians, to the nurses and of course Dr Shannon Wong. The entire team is made of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals. Patient care is excellent. I highly recommend Austin Eye and Dr. Shannon Wong. My vision is 1000% better. Austin Eye and Dr Wong have blessed me with renewed vision which has greatly improved my quality of life! I feel like a cute 25 year old out to conquer the world!
