From the time of my arrival to my departure, it was a great experience. The receptionist welcomed me , efficiently checked me in, and had a great attitude. Hayden escorted me back, asked pertinent questions, as he checked my vision and jotted notes for the Dr. For a moment, I forgot he wasn’t a doctor based on his extensive knowledge. His friendly demeanor really put me at ease. Ashley was her usual awesome self. She took the time to explain what was on the images of my inner eye, and addressed all my concerns. I never felt rushed and I so appreciate that. I’ve been coming to Austin Eye for over 25 yrs.. Dr Wong performed nothing short of a miracle on my left eye. I’m proof that their motto, ‘our vision is perfecting yours’, aren’t empty words. Dr. Wong and his wonderful staff are the reason I ve trusted my eye care to Austin Eye all these years.
I have nothing but good thoughts about the staff at Austin Eye. They do excellent work.
