The Dr. Wong and the Austin Eye Center staff are personable, polite and professional. Dr Wong listens attentively and is extremely knowledgable in his profession. I feel confident in his abilities and well as the staff knowing they care for the health of my eyes as much as I do!
I had the best possible experience at Austin Eye! I went in on a Monday and went through my eye history with them, did some tests, they explained all costs, risks, and steps for Lasik. On that same day, i scheduled Lasik for Wednesday and by Thursday I am seeing better than I could with contacts or Glasses in my life. They are the nicest people and even let my wife watch the procedure! I am so excited to experience life to the fullest without worrying about losing a contact or breaking my glasses. Thank you Dr. Wong, and thank you Austin Eye!
Everything about this clinic is first class, from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctor. Every inch of this office is spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Austin Eye and Dr. Shannon Wong to anybody who needs cataract surgery. They are the best!
