Outside of having to get my deductible status redone, because I knew I had met it already and the reception was reluctant to recheck, itvwas great. Julia was kind and thorough, and Dr. Odette took time to educate me on future procedures even though I wont need them for a few years. Not to mention, the styling design of the Westlake office is exemplary with the stone slabs, floir to ceiling windows, natural light and high end furniture. Even in the bathrooms, the floor tile curb is precisely installed. (Even the toilet paper is high quality!) The complete attention to detail gives the impression of a careful and competent attitude toward their practice as physicians, and it gives me confidence as a patient.

Professional, very friendly, prompt and relaxed

Beautiful office and friendly staff. I saw Dr Deese and liked her very much. She listened well, explained my results and showed me the images that were taken. She and her assistant were very helpful and reassuring. I was relieved and glad I went.

Timely, professional and efficient

PERFECTION!!! I had Interocular Lens Replacement, and they also corrected my astigmatism. From the scheduling, and answering all my questions, testing with Haley, visits and procedure with Dr. Wong, interaction with ALL the staff and follow up with Dr. Deese. Everything was perfect!! I was worried when I felt like was going blind, and wasn’t sure if this would help me. After being assessed by Dr Wong and staff and watching the informative videos he provides, I was more confident about the process. When I heard Dr. Wong on a commercial say “Trust the process” that is what I did, and EVERYTHING was a breeze! I didn’t even take the Valium, I was awake for the procedure that lasted a whole ten minutes. And now I can see better than I ever have, immediately after surgery! I have been wearing glasses and contacts since I was seven, now fifty seven. Thinking about getting my left eye done, so I don’t need to wear a contact in that eye. Waking up and being able to see clear out my right eye without having to grab glasses or put in contact is so amazing!! Dr Wong and his staff are definitely the mark of EXCELLENCE!!!
