Five stars is not enough. Everyone I encountered there was wonderful and so thoughtful and helpful. All steps and options were presented clearly. And the surgery was quick and so much easier and less uncomfortable than I had imagined. Valium as opposed to full anesthesia was important to me and much appreciated. Based on the eye exam and my available options, I expected my eyesight would improve a little and I would be able to see better at night (so important for safety while driving)… but to my surprise, I am able to see perfectly for everything except up close. Dr. Bui was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Austin Eye as well as Dr. Bui!

I saw Dr Bui for what I thought was a piece of material in my eye. She immediately diagnosed tha I had an infected corneal lesion. She put me on an aggressive treatment of antibiotic eye drops to clear up the infection. Her therapy was spot on and my lesion was healed and the infection cleared after two weeks Dr Bui and the staff at Austin Eye were superb and I can't thank them enough for their excellent service. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shannon Wong and ALL the staff at Austin Eye, from reception to treatment. Eye surgery is daunting, even for something as common as cataracts. It wasn't common for me! Professional and administrative staff were universally kind, informative and attentive to questions. Follow up calls post-surgery were especially helpful. Heads up: this is eye care done right. Kudos!

I have been putting off cataract surgery for years. After my last exam it was obvious that I needed cataract surgery. Dr. Bui and her staff took the time to explain in detail what to expect. What was the most convincing was her smile and assurance that surgery for my Cataracs could be in my best interest. She explained the different types of options that I had and what to expect from the lens of choice. The surgery was painless and really quick. Dr. Bui has an excellent bedside manner that is truly comforting. Would highly recommend her as your ophthalmologist. Great job for Dr. Bui and staff.

Dr. Bui operated on my eye to remove a growth from my right tear duct. I was really scared about what this would entail but Dr. Bui and the staff at Austin Eye were incredibly helpful and caring. The operation was completely painless and I had absolutely no problems with it from the minute I left the operating room. Thanks Dr. Bui- what a wonderful job- my eye has been 100% better – no crazy tearing, no itchiness an no burning that I was experiencing daily prior to the operation. Thank you.
