Good visit today the outcome was better than expected
Outside of having to get my deductible status redone, because I knew I had met it already and the reception was reluctant to recheck, itvwas great. Julia was kind and thorough, and Dr. Odette took time to educate me on future procedures even though I wont need them for a few years. Not to mention, the styling design of the Westlake office is exemplary with the stone slabs, floir to ceiling windows, natural light and high end furniture. Even in the bathrooms, the floor tile curb is precisely installed. (Even the toilet paper is high quality!) The complete attention to detail gives the impression of a careful and competent attitude toward their practice as physicians, and it gives me confidence as a patient.
Professional, very friendly, prompt and relaxed
Beautiful office and friendly staff. I saw Dr Deese and liked her very much. She listened well, explained my results and showed me the images that were taken. She and her assistant were very helpful and reassuring. I was relieved and glad I went.
