I truly appreciate the time the staff take to do a thorough exam and explain the results and options available.based on the results. Both Dr Wen and Jake were excellent, Jake really has a way of explaining things in a comprehensive and understandable way. The front desk staff was super helpful too, going out of their way to find and copy information I asked about. Excellent exam and experience today!

Doctor Medert is knowledgeable and clearly explains things. I had an issue a few days after an exam and I was able to directly email a question to the doctor. He called me an hour later.
