Very professional, thorough and communicative.
Timely, and clean facility. All personnel were very helpful and kind. The doctor found something potentially serious that’s not eye related and alerted me to call my heart/family doctors. He even wrote down the potential condition I have and the tests needed on a piece of paper so that I can convey it correctly to my heart/family doctor. If I live another 20 years(I am 60 years old with high blood pressure) I have Austin Eye to thanks!!! And Dr. Shannon Wong notice me as I was checking out and say hi to me..he even remembered my name from Years ago:). I would highly recommend Austin Eye!!!
Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE at Austin Eye is on top of their game. After 8-10 months since having a staggered combo of Panoptix and Vivity lenses swapped for my aging natural lenses, my near, mid, and far vision is better than it’s been since I was a child — indeed, even far vision is sharper than after having Lasik 20 years ago. Reading cheaters are no longer required, and night vision is phenomenal. It was well-worth several flights to Austin to have my vision handled by the best of the best. These folks will change your life!
Dr. Wong and his staff are very caring and explain the best treatment and options for you. I highly recommend his office.
