The entire office at Austin Eye Clinic was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. From the receptionist scheduling my appointment over the phone to the technicians conducting my eye exam to Dr Deese who consulted with me on the results, I felt like was in very competent hands. Their modern state of the art equipment, comfortable waiting room and spacious exam rooms made for a very pleasant visit. Highly recommend for your eye care needs
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Deese. She was thorough in evaluating my eyes, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left with a much better understanding of my eye health and a clear plan for the future. I especially appreciated her thoughtful recommendations and the confidence she inspired through her professionalism and caring manner. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding ophthalmologist.
Adrianna was wonderful and very professional. She went into detail regarding my exams. Dr. Ashley Deese is great as well. Austin Eye has great staff nice and friendly.
Fantastic experience. Had cataract and lens replacement done done by Dr. Wong on both my eyes this week. Preop: he clearly explained the procedure and lens options. Did not push me in any direction, just made suggestions based on my lifestyle. In paticular he said that the most expensive option was not for me. operation: fantastic support staff.clearly explain the process, almost minute to minute. Do the prep work like dilation on the eye. The procedure took less than 10 mins per eye (done on monday and Wednesday this week). Painless, and doc in a very calm soothing voice tells you what to do,look left, look at light. There is music playing in the bacground, so sort of soothing. Post op: next day post op followup with another doc in the practice to check. In my case my vision is at 20/20 post surgery. No pain or irritation. I strongly recommend Austin Eye and Dr.Wong if you are considering cataract/lens replacement.
