I chose Dr. Stewart based on the reviews of others and they were not wrong. First off, she has a very pleasant personality which puts you at ease right away. Second, she was very thorough with my exam. I had to have a small procedure done and she also made sure it was as painless as possible. She answered every question I had and was very good at explaining anything that was more complex than just a yes/no. I would recommend her and for sure will go to her again if necessary.
Polite and courteous staff. Dr was efficient and to the point which I appreciate.
Dr. Ashley Deese and her assistant were very thorough. Dr. Deese verified there was a significant change in my vision and needed a new treatment plan. Austin Eye does an amazing job with anticipatory guidance for their patients when it comes to procedures, etc..
On behalf of my mother and speaking for myself, we were both very impressed with Dr. Elkins. My mother, apprehensive at first became very comfortable as Dr. Elkins began working with her. David was also very accommodating and made us both feel at home. Thank you Dr. Elkins and David! My mother can’t wait for her follow-up!
What a great experience at Austin Eye on Jollyville. The entire staff was great and I so appreciated Dr Medert’s chair side manner and his attention to helping resolve my issues. All went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations!
