Easy and informative….
This year makes 50 years I’ve gone to Austin Eye for my vision needs. This was my first time seeing Dr. Elkins, as my previous 2 doctors have 1) retired, and 2) only doing surgeries, not regular visits. Dr. Elkins was just as professional and knowledgeable as I would expect of any doctor Austin Eye would employ, and there’s no place I would trust more with my ability to see.
All my questions were answered and good advice given that will help me.
The staff was so welcoming and helpful.
Dr. Elkins is kind and patient, and she answers questions and explains things in a way you can understand. Dr. Elkins is focused on you when you’re with her. The office & clinical staff are professional and efficient without making you feel rushed or like a number despite this being a large practice, and the wait time to see Dr. Elkins is reasonable.
