GREAT personality at the front desk at my time of arrival. Means ALOT to me, because I work front desk at a busy doctor’s office, people think it’s a easy job but it can be tough. Kiddos to Martha, Dr. Elkins tech she was very patient and explained everything she was doing during my visit before seeing the doctor. Thank Austin Eye for another satisfied visit. My experience has always been good, but more specifically, my experience with Dr. Kathrine Elkins was excellent. Friendly and at ease even with a patient she had never met before, she makes the stranger (to her) comfortable with her pleasant manner. She discussed the results of the tests that her Assistant had taken with me, and pointed out the very small indications of a tendency towards Type Two diabetes for which my GP is doing all SHE can. I am in good hands, and I hope the clinic (Austin Eye) gives Dr. Elkins many reasons to stick around. Dr. Elkins is a sophisticated addition to the group, with her calm manner and the impeccable impression her appearance makes.
