I had an excellent experience with the entire staff beginning with the receptionist staff to the technicians, to the nurses and of course Dr Shannon Wong. The entire team is made of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals. Patient care is excellent. I highly recommend Austin Eye and Dr. Shannon Wong. My vision is 1000% better. Austin Eye and Dr Wong have blessed me with renewed vision which has greatly improved my quality of life! I feel like a cute 25 year old out to conquer the world! Loved meeting the new doc, however wait time was quite long and machines were backed up. May need to work on scheduling.

I was very happy with Austin I just my first time being there they are very professional and clean and understanding they listen to your needs and wants and let you know what needs to be done if it needs to be done I really appreciate all the staff it was very very kind and supported of my needs I look forward to seeing you all again
