Ashley was absolutely amazing and between she and her assistant Sarah their exam was thorough. I found both to bo kind, conscientious, and clear in their explanations. I’d recommend Ashley to both friends and family.

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes with Dr. Maxwell Medert at Austin Eye, and it was an exceptional experience. Dr. Medert was thorough and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and well-informed throughout the process. His assistant, Taylor, also did an excellent job with the exam and paperwork. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and focused on my comfort. I truly felt that I was in good hands the entire time. The facility is nice, clean, comfortable, and stress-free. I’m very satisfied with my new vision and highly recommend Dr. Medert and the Austin Eye team.
