My visit to Austin Eye was extraordinary. There was no long wait to be seen and the service was great. My doctor and all personnel were respectful, helpful, and were interested in my well-being. Austin Eye is the best!

My service went very well. I got called for all of my examinations very quickly. Dr Deese answered all my questions.
Communication between Austin Eye Center & me (Ed) a retired Canadian living in Belize, Central America was awesome. Communicating via phone was not working but no worries, everything was handled efficiently by email. So 6 emails later including getting all my questions answered and I was set up with both an appointment for my initial evaluation AND my surgery date. Outstanding! Samantha, the front desk receptionist was super helpful with walking me through the electronic forms, and helping my wife who had a regular eye appointment booked as well.Before the appointment I had watched many of Dr. Wongs YouTube videos. They clearly outlined the cataract replacement surgery, pros/cons and reasonable expectations. Having met Dr. Wong and experiencing his calm professional manor I can honestly say I am looking forward to my surgery. As Dr. Wong said in one of his Cataract YouTube videos “This is our world, let us take you through it”!
